On December 10, 1948, the "General Declaration of Human Rights" was adopted by the UN General Assembly. Since 1950, December 10 has been celebrated as International Human Rights Day all over the world.

Re-establishing its state independence, Azerbaijan chose the path of democratic, legal and secular state-building, joined the UN General Declaration on Human Rights and other international conventions.

In this regard, the staff of the National Library prepared a virtual exhibition called "International Human Rights Day".

Articles published in periodicals, books in Azerbaijani and other languages ​​are displayed in the virtual exhibition.
