On November 16, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the National Library jointly published "Elchin. The presentation of the book "Bibliography" was held.

The director of the National Library, Professor Karim Tahirov, opened the event, greeted the guests and event participants and spoke about Elchin Efendiyev's dedication to books and his services to the "Let's go to Karabakh with a book" project.

Then, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Farid Jafarov, People's Writer Elchin, Director of the Atatürk Center in Azerbaijan, Academician Nizami Jafarov, People's Poet, Member of Parliament Sabir Rustamkhanli, Secretary of the Writers' Union of Azerbaijan Elchin Huseynbeyli, Professor Ilham Rahimli, People's Writer Elmira Akhundova and others spoke. In the speech, people's writer Elchin Efendiyev's creativity, activities, and contents of the bibliography were discussed.
