The specialists of the National Library of Azerbaijan participated in the online “Library Management – Professional Certificate Program,” delivered in Azerbaijani by the Chartered Culture and Education Institute (CCEI), a global institution based in the United States established at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture to raise professional standards in the fields of culture, heritage, education, and leadership.

It is noted that the program was designed to develop knowledge and skills in modern library management, digital transformation, user-oriented services, and strategic leadership. It enabled participants to gain both theoretical knowledge and familiarity with real-life examples and practical approaches. The program sessions included live lectures, discussions, breakout sessions, and a final assessment test.
