Jewellery was one of the more smoothly developed art fields in Shusha, starting from the 18th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, this art has reached the highest peak in its development. At that time, the jewellery molding method was more widespread in Shusha. Shusha jewellers preferred to make various products from high-grade gold and silver. Shusha jewellers have introduced Azerbaijan to foreign countries with their beautiful handicrafts.
In the presented virtual exhibition, the samples of jewellery made by the craftsmen of Shusha, the cultural center of Azerbaijan, their classification, information about them, visual images and a brief history were reflected.
