The Secretary of the Writers’ Union of Azerbaijan, Ilqar Fahmi, visited the National Library.

He familiarized himself with the book exhibition titled “Writer and Poet Ilqar Fahmi,” organized on the occasion of his 50th anniversary. He also shared memories of his readership experience at the National Library and expressed gratitude to the library’s leadership for organizing the exhibition.

The Director of the National Library, Professor Karim Tahirov, congratulated Ilqar Fahmi on his anniversary, noting his significant contributions to modern Azerbaijani literature and culture, and wished him continued success in his creative work. A congratulatory message from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan was also presented to the jubilarian.
