Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, and Honored Scientist Farrukh Rustamov donated his book titled “Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and the First All-Union Turkological Congress” to the National Library.

The book explores the significant role played by ADPU (formerly the Higher Pedagogical Institute), which helped shape the country’s scientific and educational elite from the 1920s onward, in organizing the First All-Union Turkological Congress. Based on scholarly sources, it presents the scientific reports and speeches delivered by the university’s professors and teachers, as well as their contributions to Turkological studies.

The book is intended for historians of education, students, teachers, and researchers working in this field.
