On the occasion of the 135th anniversary of the birth of outstanding poet and playwright Hussein Javid, an event was held at the Azerbaijan State Academic Drama Theatre with the organization of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on December 18.
Within the framework of the event, an exhibition of books under the title of “Hussein Javid – 135” was organized by the National Library. The works of Hussein Javid in Azerbaijani and other languages and the works about the playwright written by various authors were on the exhibition. The exhibition caused great interest of the participants.
