The first issue of "Akinchi" newspaper and "Molla Nasreddin" magazine preserved in the museum especially attracted their attention.

The employees of the National Library answered the questions of interest to the children.

The pupils got acquainted with the "Open Library", which provides opportunities for young people and all citizens to read books freely, 24 hours a day, every day of the week, operating under the National Library. At the Open Library, children were told about the corner “I read it, you read it too”, “Periodicals” and “Children's corner”.

The teachers Shafa Farajova and Konul Priverdiyeva, who led the children, emphasized that the pupils left the National Library with unforgettable good feelings and wished them to become readers of the library as students in the future.
