On April 26, “Reading Day” was organized in the park of the Heydar Aliyev Center with the joint organization of Heydar Aliyev Center, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture and Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and with the partnership of “Hədəf Nəşrləri” (Hadaf publications). The main aim of the event was to devolop reading habits and to enhance reading literacy among youth and teenagers. The event that organized under the motto of “Let’s read together” was attended by pupils of more than 40 secondary and high schools. Within the framework of the event, nearly 30 publishers and libraries presented their book exhibition and fairs.

Azerbaijan National Library participated in the exhibition with its books.
