Gara Garayev is an innovative composer who opened new ways to the future in our music, one of the great personalities gifted to humanity by the 20th century. His unique creativity is known both in Azerbaijan and abroad.

In connection with the 105th anniversary of the famous composer, the employees of the National Library prepared an electronic database called "Gara Garayev" and presented it to users in virtual mode.

The electronic database consists of official documents, life and work, main dates of life and work, prominent people about Gara Garayev, about Gara Garayev Azerbaijani music and prominent artists, awards, works, about, perpetuation of his memory, photo gallery and video gallery sections.
